Helping finance and tech professionals
navigate their careers
I empower people through one-on-one coaching and advising.
I work with:
People seeking clarity on the types of roles, industries, and work environments that suit them and where they’ll thrive.
Employees who need help navigating challenges in their existing work situation, including improving relationships with supervisors and co-workers and having compensation discussions. Also, those searching for development opportunities and wanting to position themselves for their next great step.
Jobseekers or job changers experiencing little traction from applying online and getting frustrated with the search for a new role. And those finding it difficult to maintain momentum in their job search.
Students and recent grads who need to learn the essential methods for conducting an effective search for a job or internship.
I help people:
Identify their strengths and passions to suggest a career direction
Create materials to present themselves in the most attractive light (e.g., resume, LinkedIn profile, cover note)
Learn how to build and grow their professional network to help land a job
Master meeting and interviewing skills
Understand how to evaluate and negotiate offers
Succeed in the workplace
All of this is done in an atmosphere that promotes positivity, confidence-building, and resilience.

I founded Danzger Group to help people find and succeed at fulfilling, rewarding work. I’ve coached and advised many ambitious people on careers and job search, helping them to move into exciting new positions.
I’ve had extensive experience in human resources and recruiting throughout my career, both on Wall Street and as an entrepreneur. I’ve hired more than 100 people, conducted several hundred interviews, and reviewed thousands of resumes.
In addition to corporate experience at big companies like Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, I founded or worked for six startups. Most recently, I co-founded a technology firm that serves some of the world’s largest hedge funds.
I earned an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School as well as dual undergraduate degrees from the Engineering and Wharton Schools at the University of Pennsylvania. I’m a Chartered Financial Analyst.
